THE PROFOUND DYNAMICS OF SOUND
“We are all vibrating together and should do so in harmony with the light and beauty created by music.”
PERHAPS THE NOTES ADAM HITS RESONATE IN THE FREQUENCY OF A PRIMITIVE MATING CALL
In a scholarly article titled the “Harmonic Convergence in the Love Songs of the Dengue Vector Mosquito” the authors discovered that “The familiar buzz of flying mosquitoes is an important mating signal, with the fundamental frequency of the female’s flight tone signaling her presence. In the yellow fever and dengue vector Aedes aegypti, both sexes interact acoustically by shifting their flight tones to match, resulting in a courtship duet.”
If the researchers were impressed with mosquitoes exchanging mating signals I suggest they witness the acoustic exchange between Adam Lambert and his audience.
Lyndsey Parker at “Gridlock” on New Years Eve:
“His 17-or-so-octave voice sounded so non-humanly intense that I kind of needed to sit on a stool afterwards myself, just to recover. I also noticed that this was the section of the set when a lot of concertgoers around me started to make out, kissing with much more sloppy enthusiasm than they actually had at midnight. Seriously, it was like Adam Lambert was the glam-pop Barry White, or like Spanish fly had been dosed in everyone’s champagne at that moment.”

Adam Lambert’s tour takes on a voodoo feel
Adam Lambert [ tickets ] promises that his inaugural headlining tour will give his fans a chance to enjoy his music in a new context.
“My fans have been incredibly supportive of me and the show is really built for them,” the “American Idol” runner-up said during a recent teleconference.
“And I think that it really talks about the exchange — and I feel like, from the top of the show, I'm inviting the audience to take a journey with me into this emotional and thematic world. And the basic through-line of the show is: in the beginning, it's more about seduction and venturing into the unknown and taking chances and mystery and intrigue and sexiness; and then the midpoint of the show really explores heartbreak and vulnerability and honesty; and then the latter half of the show is celebration, joy and love and connection.”

Adam Lambert Glam-A-Mentor
Adam Lambert’s fans are buzzing today after being informed that Adam will mentor the Season 9 contestants on this year’s American Idol next week. It is obvious that no one this year can match the excitement that Lambert brought to the stage each week. As a mentor I have no doubt that Lambert can enchant the Top 8 then with a wave of his glittery wand create the magic that will enable them to shine a little brighter for at least one night. While most people are thrilled about Lambert’s reappearance on the reality show that made him an instant media star there are a few detractors.

Adam Lambert Won’t You Please Come Home?
The Top Ten of American Idol Season 9 performed last night and it is obvious that Adam Lambert, the star of Season 8, has forever transformed the landscape of the most popular show on American television. Tuesday night the stage was packed with Lambert wannabes but it is abundantly clear that no one from Season 9 has the chops to follow Lambert’s footsteps as a rising iconic global superstar.<p>Each contestant seems to have a strategy. Use the lighted stairway, a Cajon box drum, change the lighting, sit on a bar stool, change up their hairdo week-by-week or just scream.

Adam Lambert is a creative innovative artist who possesses one of the most technically beautiful voices in the industry. He is well on his way to fulfilling Simon Cowell’s prediction by becoming an international superstar. Yet time and time again I read articles or hear Adam introduced by the media in a way that intends to sensationalize a part of his persona that has nothing to do with his entertainment value. Why should we have to be told over and over again that Adam is “openly gay”? Isn’t that something that should be irrelevant?
